    It hasn’t been fixed. I keep getting banned, and I still haven’t found a way around it. I’m not making any purchases or using anything other than the daily packs. I’m not even progressing quickly.

    Hi, after playing Ball of Ages for about an hour, the rankings and guild lists stop appearing. I’m not sure whether this is an auto-ban issue or a bug. Could you please check what’s causing this and advise me on how to fix it? Thank you!
