Ok so if I jailbreak my phone and download the uncover will I be able to make IAP without paying for anything?

I have a non jail broken device I recently got the hack version a couple of days ago I was wondering why does the in game purchases not work when I try to get them for free it just says correction list try again later

Questions does anyone know why the free in game app purchases doesn’t work is there a fix for it or something? I have a non jail broken device
