those songs and video's aren't from itunes directly.

linktunes crawls the web and gets it from wherever it can find it(youtube probably)

those songs are taken from itunes and posted onto linktunes so when you download a song and you go to your music it tells you that its a paid song. 

Speed up won't work, after relogin it resets to original wait time
