Why i cant evolve anyone now? even though they havent yet reached their max stars but i cant evolve them.. is this a known bug? or am i doing it wrong?

Anyone know why my BF up until now still crashed everytime im already inside the main menu? (after reload the news page) and my main hero is all blanked and get crashed. I've already uninstall the game once and install back I've already unisntall the previous hack by cydia can u give me the possible solution please?
