1- yes, even under the 45 degrees of direct sun heat 🌞 2- for summary, it is not only understanding poor people its also educating body, mind, what to wish, what to expect, even if you have power to get everything but when you cant what happens, it is all about creating a strong mind, clear thoughts, strengthful body.
