My Pokefarmer says about doing an update, but when I run it it says there are multiple .exe files in the updates folder and then doesn't work. I can skip this by pressing don't update but the AutoRestarted doesn't do that automatically, how can I fix?

Will my account get soft-banned for suddenly teleporting, and will the bot un-ban me?
