      how do I find out I just downloaded it from torrent and removed it from torrent list when it said seeding and idk what to do now

      Seeding means, many people downloaded too the photoshop (that file) which means they help to improve more the downloading activity (thats what I know). You can see too by not deleting it on the list.

       

      If the file is .rar, download a Winrar on google. Its free. And unrar the file, follow the instructions inside.
