I keep getting error doesn't seem to be a valid app or it has been tampered with when I try to restore fallout shelter with a replaced save, so what am I doing wrong?

So I thought this is what I hoped for and it sorta is. Sadly it also makes the enemies have no cooldowns at all either. So it can be a double edge sword.
