I only have 1 app Installed from cydia impactor. Dont know whats going on. what happens if I use another apple ID? will my other hacked game still work with my old apple ID. Or will I have to reinstall with the new apple ID?

keep getting the installation.cpp:42 error. stuck on verifying application. Read that you can only have 3 sideload apps? what does that mean exactly?
