It doesn't show anything, it said "Affected rows: 0"

It said affected rows: 0 when i do that in filza, any help ??

I got banned by gameloft, i've try to redownload it with a new account but it still says i'm banned, so gameloft just banned my device ? That means i have to buy a new one ? And how to fix this, pls, because i don't want to buy a new phone just for some game =)) Thank you very much
