Hi! 2023 April update, the user above me is correct and it still works even now. What they're trying to say is that, if you have the facebook app, the save wont work. So what you have to do is delete the app, unlink your Facebook from the cracked Kardashian app if you've done so and also completely delete the old save from your facebook. Then, log into your fb account through a browser like chrome or safari, relink your facebook onto the cracked app, then download the authentic version of the game and recover your save files through facebook and it should work!
