I don't know if you still respond to questions on this thread because its old but if by chance you do i'm having a problem. When it prompts you to enter an Apple ID and password i do but i get this error "file: provision.cpp; line: 173; what: Please sign in with an app-specific password. You can create one at appleid.apple.com." -
