2. Install a spy cam on your bro's shirt so that when he uses computer you can see what he types. this is another but not at all recommended. he might beat you up first

3. Use a Pen Drive or Disc as mentioned above and reset it. you can read about it on google as i see you are online while posting this quesiton as well. just borrow a computer from your friend or someone and copy that software onto a pen drive. Logical Solution.
