If you worried that unlimited gems might get you banned, buy the biggest chest you can "afford". There is a chance of getting gems from all the chests. If gems are on freeze the gems you get still add towards the total gem count.

How did you hack your level?

My game doesn't seem to "save" progress. When I restart my game after quitting all the characters I purchased are gone, is that the case for anybody else?
