So Klepto (or whomever's in charge of promotions) isn't required to do promotions. Such as?

@DiDA Assign someone to do promotions for certain ranks. For example, a Cheater can promote a member to Novice (if they're qualified to) or a high-end GFX member on the GFX Team to assign promote someone to the GFX Team or remove topics in that category (Cydia Cheats, GFX, Android Mods etc). Kind of like mini moderators. Someone can be in charge of promotions for that certain rank. Just a thought.
