This is just a confirmation. iBackupbot 5.3.3 is still working on iOS 9.1 non-jailbroken. I hope to have a decent exchange of ideas with you on matters related with iOS or whatsoever in the future. Thank you very much for entertaining my questions.

I am using iBackupbot 5.2.9. I don't know if it is the latest or not but that is the only working iBackupbot I have found so far. No, my apps are not cracked. I bought most of it on AppStore.

When I click "Back Up Now" in iTunes, my updated-via-iPad apps won't copy anymore to mobile applications folder. In other words, the apps that I updated via iPad, not via iTunes on PC, won't copy anymore to Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Mobile Applications. Why is that? Probably that is the reason why iBackupbot won't display my recent backup. I have read this topic (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7218373) but I don't quite understand it. I apologize for the hassle.

iBackupbot page does not mention anything about updates of the software for iOS 9 compatibility. I hope someone finds a new way to put gamesave hacks for non-jailbreak users on iOS 9.

That procedure is not working anymore on iOS 9. The backup on iOS 9 won't appear in iBackupbot anymore.
