Managed to resolve my issue with unlimited coins being kinda limited.. So hope this helps someone!
When i toggled the icon for "Unlimited coins" and "Unlimited keys" nothing seemed to happen. It still asked me to purchase more coins when i tried to make a paid choice.
So here's what I did:
1. Reinstalled the app (I've selected my App Store region when installing, not sure if that makes any difference, but...). I've used Sideloadly on my mac to install IPA file on iPhone.
2. Opened the app, logged in with my iOSGods account, checked "Unlimited coins" and "Unlimited keys" with iOSGods icon right after (coins and keys amount didn't change at this stage).
3. Played Prologue and during the first paid choice the amount of coins increased to 65275.
