Solution is simple
remove those 2 sources you see on error log then refresh cydia

icontool has options to open the .app folder or to open documents folder of the app.

Use flex. Search for functions with word Update
You shall find something like -(BOOL) IsUpdateAvailable, etc.
Add it to the patch and switch it to FALSE
