Hack Is there a way to view Pokemon IVs and such?

Pokeadvisor is down now - it's being blocked by Niantic They only have the old info on me, they can't update anymore. -
Topic pretty much says it but I have a bunch of pokemon and I want to transfer all the duplicates and keep only the one with the best stats. Is there an app out there to view just this?

Damn I lost my brain...I am having issues following the tutorial. I can't find PoGo.NecroBot.CLI.exe on the compiled version and I can't find UserSettings.settings in PokemonGo.RocketAPI.Console with MVS
