I’ve downloaded a tweaked game, and it’s downloaded successfully, but when I open it, the game crashes instantly. Any ideas on what to do?

Would it be possible for us to sign up to be emailed/notified when apps have been re-signed at all? Sorry if this is in the wrong place! Thank you! :)
