Yes removed request desktop, switched off iPad and then it worked!! now it’s downloaded but just crashing immediately... I have some others problem.... -

Trying that as well.. unfortunately not working -
Good morning.. I registered yesterday on my iPhone and everything was working well.. I tried on my IPad Air 2 (Os13.4) and I am trying to download Simply Piano and it's saying, please visit us using your IOS device in order to download the app.. I read some guides but I cannot find a solution. please let me know what I should do.. ps: is the same for every other app thank you
