does that work with the pokemon go app from tutuapp, and can i walk if i find a rare pokemon?

I downloaded the pokemon go app from tutuapp. You start at San Fransisco. I teleported to New York Central Park to use bot and wait for rare pokemons. I botted 6 hours. I saw a rare pokemon and wanted to walk there with the Pokemon Go app, but when I started the app i were not in New York anymore. I was back to San Fransisco and got softbanned. How can i stay in New York when i teleport there and i wont get teleported back?
