Doesn't launch on ios 7.11

Im on an ipad 2 with ios 7.11 to install the hack i followed the instructions download it on dropbox then install it with ifile using the install button it also said cannot find directory btd bloons battle then when my springboard crashed the app was installed but would be a black screen for a couple of seconds then would just crash Sorry for the bad grammar my first language is french Also i can't delete it as that crashes my ipad

Title says all it dosen't launch

Crashes as soon as i lauch it

Is not working for some odd reason must be on my side cause it cant find the btd battle directory
