Or you can get a pre setup version of theos, wich will be easier and quicker But you also need to download a few things in cydia so theos will work

You need to setup theos, that will permits you to creat an application, a tweak etc.... And you need to code your app/tweak from the beggining. Make sure to setup theos properly. Then have fun

lol none of them is ifile and you will probably if it is not certainly find it on the AppStore. Sorry But you can always use ifunbox, ibackupbot, or other file manager for non jb devices. Just search how to use them and you are done
