can nighter install nor use the App.

ony a message u are short on certs and one (!) month will be added. 

When will we get what we paid for again?

just have to wait until the certificate is fixed. can take a few hours to a few days. if your downloads are slow then it might be correlated. I suggest you wait until the revoke is fixed. though they don't announce it so you'll have to check every now and again for yourself. 

Well ... we have 4 devices with app+

ande we keep receiving mails that the are fixed.
fun fact: they worked perfect up till the moment they were „fixed“ And beyond that point.

but suddenly all gone and no new feedback

@Rook only 6 days after fix all apps on all 3 devices crash again as soon as you open them

@Laxus won’t start on my devices as well. Crashes as soon as I open it no matter if iPhone, iPad or iPad mini

And here we go again ... revoked devices on my account. Every month on regular base?

No I just suddenly recived an email that it’s fixed

I recived the Message my App+ is fixed but i cannot install.

on the Second Page After installig first profile it loads endless and then goes to „error has occured“

please help @Rook

@LillyRayne we are talking 'bout 19$ a year. I guess we should be able to survive a week without?

I’m slightly con fused right now.we did buy the plus app for four devices.
All on iOS 12.4.6 but suddenly the plus app as well as all installed apps won’t start up anymore.
for what I understand reading the FAQ this stands for a revoked certificate.

The strange thing is that this just happens on one device so as I understand revoked certificate
would result in all devices not being able to open the app.

or is it my device that is faulty?

because one of my devices broke and will be replaced

or would I have to rebuy for that new device?

Its strange i know.
Also some of the hacks will start up on ios nonjailed but wont connect correctly.
Example "Township" running the hack by @Laxus on ios 12.4.6 all works as intendet.
Running it on 13.4 one is not able to use some funktions ingame due to missing serverconnection.

Apple must have chancged sth significant from 12 to 13

i can confirm that the issues people are reporting are (again like in your township hack) 

related to the iOS Version. Runs Perfect on my 12.4.5 & 12.4.6 devices (iPad, iPad mini 2&3, iPhone 5s)

but refuses to start  up with the error people discribe here on all iOS 13+ devices

they seem to have changed sth on their server.
with the devices that needed the airplane trick today I suddenly cannot access anymore.

just won’t go into the game after the loadingbar is full

Ok I can confirm that events work but only when they start AFTER you installed hack.
every event I started before with original version does not load.

tried it with 5 devices and 6 towns

lets wait for the new events then they should work inside the hack
if I’m no.t mistaken but the lack of the zoo ist horrible

edit: sometime this guy pops up after star telling me it can’t communicate with the server and progress maybe lost. I guess that has to do with the issue. Maybe blocked too much of the communication there while hacking it?

@Laxus downgraded on iPad. But on iPhone 11 with 13.4 still the same issues

just to clarify: events and zoo seems to work in hack when u unlock them
inside the hacked version, but not if you load a city that already had them active.
and sometime connection to friends does not work occasionally in the hacked version

im just looking for working events and zoo. Would be ok for me to have that startupissue
if that is not fixable.
