Won’t load past introduction screen “Car lab unlocked”

Hey guys, a few weeks back I destroyed my iPhone and had it replaced. ive attempted to update my UDID which looks to be done but the account isn’t activated yet? i updated the UDID about a week ago. anyone able to help or point out what I’m doing wrong? thank you In advance
