do you think it would be better for me to just wait for a jailbreak then try IDA hacking?

Unfortunately there isn't much you can do without jailbreak. All that I can think of is editing saves on your computer with iBackupBot or you could ask others to send you a cracked binary (you'll need IDA for that)

I appreciate your post but that's not really what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a list of programs I would need on my pc. And or non jailbroken apps on my Idevice.

I really want to make a hack for a game and currently do not have jailbreak. If anyone would be kind enough to list the requirements I would need to create a non jailbreak hack, that would be  greatly appreciated!

What do you do in spam city? 

Parts for the chopper and atv are found thing the limestone ridges, but the chopper fork and gas tank I'm sure are found in alpha bunker levels 1 and 2.
