I tested with Sideloadly, nothing special just download, sign with Sideloadly, open the game then done. I'm using free apple account so I guess gamecenter doesn't needed this case Here is the video I just sideloaded https://streamable.com/klke3x

Check your network then, I just tested with Sideloadly on my devices and all good. If you use any DNS Adblocker turn it off

This game required gamecenter to login, make sure your cert supported Pushed new update anyway, try it first
