    There is a tweak called LowerInstall by julioverne not sure if it still work. Even if it works and you can download the app it will crash anyway because it required higher iOS framework to work

    You need to update your ios to the highest for the app to work, there is no workaround iirc there usually an option download older version when you download an app which no longer support your ios, if you don't get that message then your only choice is update your ios
