Last time I tried with Sidelloadly it works, maybe cheat need updating if you just recently tried

As long you saved progress using social login like facebook, google, gamecenter then you can retrieve progress (only if game supported these) If only gamecenter is supported you may need paid apple developer certificate for it to work
