    You seem to confuse between ViP and App+, those are different subscriptions and you seem to bought ViP instead of App+ since its has been no longer avalable for purchasing 1 year now Please contact Rook in pm about payment issue

    Try creating the account in the appstore version first Possible the app required latest version to join, I could be wrong. So I will try to update the app to latest tmr so you can try
