If the game offered social login (fb/ google) to save progress then just use it If the game use iOS GameCenter then it may not possible with free sideloading, usually progress is saved on your local storage device and you will lose progress once you deleted or revoked the app So, for feee sideloading you can use Sideloadly to sideload your IPA, with this way you can keep your app progress, if the app revoked every 7d you can just sideload again and it will overwrite the IPA on your phone
