    As long as the game offered gamecenter or social login like facebook /google then you can backup your progress If the game / app doesn't have these offers then you can't backup your progress once it revoked. Unless you're using Sideloadly which will allow you reinstall / resign the app once it revoked using your apple id so you don't have to delete reovked app and progress still there

    Rootless? What happen when you wait few minutes for the blackscreen to load I switched to new menu so perhaps new changes causing issue
