This only apply if you use guest account. If your linked account is banned you cannot use it. If you want to use the account on both you need to create new acc and link its data depend on games provider

You can use Crane jailbreak tweak to do that, generate new container id to make your phone as new

You can manually injecting into IPA with Esign and install with App+ for now. There is no eta when we will add this because low priority
