Talk to Apple, this is related to the iOS, we only provide cheats. Else you can wait until Rook find a workaround with iOS 18 since this is GameCenter issue anw It stuck because it cannot connect to GameCenter. While the GameCenter is not available for free sideloading because of Apple security policy, this feature only available to those who own Apple Developer Account / paid certificate -

If using Sideloadly, yes If use 3rd party certificate like App+, it will stuck at loading screen ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
