1/ Dumper could be outdated and not using latest. If so required @Rook to fix 2/ Encrypted Metada.dat. You can try using iGameGod to decrypt it (not supporting for all games)

What are you talking about? Your ViP is already activated, don't you see the purple color in your name? What step giving error that your ViP is not activated? Install app and having integrity error?
