Just tested again on my devices (5S, X, iPad Air 2) all of them install it fine without any problem If your impactor dissappear while installing then try running the impactor as windows 7 compatibility mode

Yea probably it detect jailbreak, try some tweak like liberty lite, no sub, etc ... and report back to me
