Try extract the deb and install manually, get the .dylib and the .plist file put it into /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries Change their name to random character and then respring if it doesn't work then turn off all the feature only use infinite ammo.

Just tested again on my devices (5S, X, iPad Air 2) all of them install it fine without any problem If your impactor dissappear while installing then try running the impactor as windows 7 compatibility mode

Yea probably it detect jailbreak, try some tweak like liberty lite, no sub, etc ... and report back to me
