Lol, did you find where the file is located? Once you do that you just open it up and look for like a text file. Usually they all come with readmes.

Yeah if it's seeding then it's done. Right click it and select show source folder or something similar. It should show you where it's downloaded then look for a readme file and it'll tell you what to do next.

It ended up being Prismboard and something else. He also had an essential Cydia upgrade he needed. He pirated it though and it was outdated so it caused crashing.
