How is the ipa changed that the authenticating step works what do i need to do to use a own version of the app and install a dylib through iosgodas app cause it Downloads the version from decrypt store hich is the original but the game crashes there after authenticating step 2

I’m trying to make my own mod menu non jit no jailbreak and I’m using a game And app+ to test it my problem is that it counts as a new sign even tho I’m using the same app just a different deb why is it like that I can’t even test properly cause I can only do it 5 times an hour which is not close to enough
