This problem happens only when your device udid is wrong, or you are not installing on intended device. As per dev portal records, i can see your device As iPad Air (Wi-Fi). is it correct? 

Also can you please confirm your iOS version in Settings > General > About ?

It is an iPad Air and it's on 10.3.1 with g0blin RC 2. DiDA already knows my UDID and he said it was registered. This is becoming too problematic.

After all the restarts of my device and everything, it gets to about 65% and as soon as it says Installing, it fails and I retried 30 times and NOTHING. I'm so infuriated.

Yeah, it sadly isn't working.

I went through the process, it got activated, now it won't even download after I click install after clicking open on the iTunes prompt. Before it downloaded but then wouldn't install, now it won't even download to try. I'm kinda at my wits end.
