Hi CryZzz. You can't create C4 in the game yet. You can only find it. You can craft plans for the Chopper and ATV, but can only complete the Chopper. You can't craft plans for the Zombie Truck or the radio tower yet. The Generator needs to be brought to the watch tower on the back of the Chopper. Hope this helps
