I think iFile only uses Web server, transfer files if there is a WiFi connection between PC and the Device. I cannot use it on PC's that cannot connect WiFi.

I currently used the Safari Downloader+ but it won't download if the display is OFF and if i change app to another it stops to download. I want to download a lot of movies but i can't. So i need an app/tool that downloads anything when the display is off and runs in background if changed to another app like AppCake.
