I got it now! To get rid of the reload popup during the game, you need to load the hacked game with link and local options. Then after the game is loaded, then you need to go into Airplane mode while you're still in the game. This helped me tremendously and I hope it works for you as well.

I do the "Link" and the "Local" option as well. When I do this, I am at Level 1 with a lot of diamonds and cash, but it says that I need to reload it and it takes me to Level 11 with a lot of progress done already. However, I found out that when the reload text appears, I would double click the home button, stop the game from running, and go back to the game using link and local to find the game still running with the quests I'm doing. Apparently, it says that it needs to reload because it said my game center account changed and needed to reflect on this change.
