Try holding down the power button and the home button untill the it shuts off and turns back in again . If that doesnt work , than repeat those steps but as soon as it turns on hold the volume up buttun until it goes to safe mode . If all fail you can open the phone . Unplug the battery for like 2 mins than replug it , that should restore everything
