I never heard that issue before. Plus, it shouldn't affect the AppStore one.

The Easy Install is down at the moment. In DiDA's status "Certificate got revoked, again! Obtaining a new one and resigning all IPAs ASAP!" You need to remove the hacked PUBG from your device and install through AppStore if you wanted to. Or use Cydia Impactor
