Downloaded threw ifile. Open settings turn on all Close multitasking open sims Nothing new (Not even messge saying thanks for getting this mod) Tried new game tried respring tried all setting off respring all settings on respring nothing anything else to try

I have downloaded with app cake which doesn't work for me and the game I'm trying to hack so please don't answer with app cake solution. I'm new to this stuff and I'm even new to Cydia but I had it long enough to know what's what and stuff like that. I need someone to tell me how to download .deb files and everything to them I have safari downloaded+ downloaded but have no Idea how to use so if you can please tell me how to download them. What I'm doing-I thank the topic to unlock the .deb and I click link it takes me to the download I click download and it pops on safari downloaded+ and downloads but after it downloads it don't work so is if there's more to it or what so please help me.
