i have the option to login with facebook but even after logging in the game gives me the error i am able to play missions but not multiplayer

i have not cheated in the game before and i think i was logged in through my facebook.

when you asked me to try the game in safe mode i reinstalled the game again Hello, my name is Harry and i had some issues with the respawnables game. One of my friend suggested this game to me so I downloaded it. The app finished installing and I opened it. Then it asked me to choose a profile from online and local. I selected the local one and it started loading but after a minute it said “Unable to synchronize data with the server”. Then when it loaded, I clicked on multiplayer and it gave me another error saying “ Please check your internet connection” even though I was connected to the internet. I was able to use other apps and games that required internet and they worked fine. I tried uninstalling the app and installing it again from the app store but it still gave me the same errors. I rebooted my device and restored it completely but the problem is still there. Please tell me any way that I can fix these issues and enjoy playing online with my friends. Thank you i sent digital games this a couple of weeks ago but didnt get any reply from them.

it still says the same thing tried using the "tunnelBear" app and then tried using the app in the safe mode too but it still didnt work. Any other way you know of to fix this?

Hello everyone, I was having a issue with a game on the ipad. The problem i am having is with the game "Respawnables". The problem is that whenever i try opening the game it says "unable to synchronize data with the server" then when i continue it loads me to a local account which is still fine with me but the big problem starts when i try to play online. Whenever i click on multiplayer it says "please check your internet connection" even though my ipad is connected to the internet. i cant do anything in the game other then visiting the store. My game was not like this from the starting when i downloaded it the first time. There was an update for the game after which my game never worked. I jailbroke my ipad recently so i thought of asking you guys/girls for a solution thinking u may be able to help me. I enjoy playing that game a lot so please help in any way you can.
