Inputting the code will only give Sideloady access to your Apple account to sign the the ipa. Using your 2fa code will not affect your device, etc.

I’d hope that this finds you well. Personally, if you’re constantly in a state of sadness and depression, then I’d suggest seeking professional advice if possible. If not, try find a way to speak about what exactly makes you sad or depressed. I’ve seen how negatively this may impact people, and most of the time this is a somewhat viable solution, but I understand if it doesn’t. Changing your eating habits, diets, and more will most likely not help. It doesn’t help you address the trauma or whatever may be causing it. Do what you can, and whatever you’re able to. Are you sure your modification isn’t causing it to crash? You shouldn’t need to sideload it regardless, and if the only solution is to use a jailbreak, then have it as such for the time being.
