Recently, I attempted to purchase a yearly license for the Plus App, but when I was given the link to go pay during step 2, the page doesn’t load. the error message reads: “Safari could not open the page because the server stopped loading” I’ve tried all kinds of connections, power on/off tricks, and just waiting for a half hour for loading, but nothing works.

Yeah that’s a Revoke. Apple has been going nuts recently so you’ll just have to wait and check this site every day until they say the apps are working again. And then you download again
