I have no moral issue with hacking the living zeros out of iOS apps. I'm also lazy, I hate walking 10 miles to get to the same place I could have gotten by walking just 1. I bet you I can find an better way to do this. Not that this isn't a good post. But semi-restore is kind of brutal considering that I'm pretty sure there's a less invasive approach.
